Match referee Sergio Chechelev annulled a valid goal from Peru without any justification, allowing Bolivia to win 2–1. Tostão
Eduardo Gonçalves de Andrade (born 25 January 1947), generally known as Tostão, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a forward or attacking midfielder. Tostão was an intelligent, hardworking and prolific left-footed forward, who was known for his creativity and technical skills, and was considered one of the best players in the world in his prime. He played most of his 11-year career with Cruzeiro. Tostão represented Brazil in two World Cups, winning the tournament in 1970. He formed a lethal offensive partnership with Pelé in the national team. The Brazilian Football Confederation ( pt, Confederação Brasileira de Futebol; CBF) is the governing body of football in Brazil. It was founded on Monday, 8 June 1914, as , and renamed Confederação Brasileira de Desportos in 1916. The football confederation, as known today, separated from other sports associations on 24 September 1979. Oswaldo Felipe Ramírez Salcedo (born March 28, 1947, in Lima, Callao) is a retired Peruvian football striker. He is one of the highest scoring players in the history of the Copa Libertadores and on the Peru national football team, which won the 1975 Copa América. Club career Ramírez started his career with Sport Boys in 1966. In 1968 he was the top scorer in the Peruana Primera División. In 1969, Oswaldo "Cachito" Ramirez scored two historic goals against Argentina in the Bombonera (Argentina). This allowed Peru to compete in the 1970 Mexico World Cup and eliminated Argentina from the competition. In 1970, he joined Universitario de Deportes and won the league title in 1971 and 1974. Rafael Albrecht
José Rafael Albrecht (23 August 1941 – 3 May 2021) was an Argentine professional footballer who played as a defender. He represented Argentina at the 1962 and 1966 World Cups. Career Albrecht was born in Tucumán. He started his career with Club Atlético Tucumán in 1957. In 1960, he was signed by Estudiantes, where he excelled and, thus, was called to play for the Argentina national team in 1961. In 1962 he was transferred to San Lorenzo for 10 million pesos, a huge amount for those days. In San Lorenzo, he was part of two famous teams, the 'Carsucias' in 1964 and the 'Matadores' in 1968. The 'Matadores' team won the 1968 Metropolitano Championship without losing a single game. He played 229 games for the club, scoring 56 goals. Most of them were by way of penalties. Teófilo Juan Cubillas Arizaga (; born 8 March 1949) is a Peruvian former footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. He was selected as Peru's greatest ever player in an IFFHS poll, in which he was also included in the world's Top 50. He was renowned for his technique, shooting ability and free kick ability. Nicknamed ''El Nene'' ''(The Kid)'', he was part of the Peru national team that won the 1975 Copa América.
