The 1969–70 DFB-Pokal was the 27th season of the annual German football cup competition. It began on 3 January 1970 and ended on 29 August 1970. 32 teams competed in the tournament of five rounds. Extra Time
Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same.
