San Antonio Unido
Club Social y Deportivo San Antonio Unido, usually referred to as SAU is a football club located in the port city of San Antonio, Chile, situated in the Valparaíso Region. It was founded on July 21, 1961. Its football team currently plays in Segunda División. History The club was created in 1961, in order to bring the enjoyment of football to a growing port city that was experiencing a surge with internal migration. In 1967 the club was known as ''San Antonio Unido Portuario (SAUP)'' in order to include the management company that was in charge of the port. After 1975 the name returned as San Antonio Unido until 1983, when the team was relegated to the Chilean third division never returning to the Primera B. Ñublense
Club Deportivo Ñublense () is a professional football team based in Chillán, Ñuble Region, Chile. The club was formed in 1916 under the name of Liceo Fútbol Club. They compete in Chile's Primera División league. History Amateur era Ñublense was formed in 1916 by a group of teenagers (led by Chillán teacher Manuel Lara Gutiérrez) who founded a sports club as a haven for sports activities in the city. On 20 August of that year, in the boys' high school the club was called the Liceo Fútbol Club. Other sports sponsored included basketball and boxing. The football team played for many years in local leagues, where they were champions for 11 consecutive years (1938–49). Fútbol Club Luis Cruz Martínez, is a Chilean football club based in the city of Curicó, Maule Region, which honors Luis Cruz Martínez, the local hero of the War of the Pacific, who died into battle. They currently play in the Curicó Amateur Association. Between 1962 and 1966, a period of 5 years, they were continuously members of Chile's second high professional level although they never won promotion to the top level, the ''Primera Division''. Colchagua Club de Deportes or just Colchagua is a chilean Football club, their home town is San Fernando in Chile. They currently play in the Tercera Division A (Third Division A) of Chilean football, which is actually the fourth division on chilean football due to ANFP ruling. Its traditional rivals are Rancagua Sur and O'Higgins both from the city of Rancagua in the O'Higgins Region which is where San Fernando is also located, it also has rivalry with General Velásquez from the nearby town of San Vicente and with Deportes Santa Cruz. Deportes Iberia is a Chilean football club based in Los Ángeles that currently plays in Primera B (second-tier). The club hold its home games at Estadio Municipal de Los Ángeles which has a capacity of 5,000 spectators. In 1933, the club was officially established as Deportes Iberia, basing in Conchalí (Santiago). Then Iberia joined the Asociación de Fútbol de Santiago, but recently in 1946 the club joined Primera División, spending there eight years until the 1954 season when they, after finishing in the bottom of the table, were relegated to second-tier, being the first Chilean relegated team in its football history. Green Cross is a defunct Chilean sports club that was based in the city of Santiago until 1965, when it moved to Temuco. History The club was founded on 27 June 1916, and its first chairman was ''Francisco Tapia''. It was one of the eight teams that founded the professional Chilean football league in 1933. The club had other sports branches besides football; these were basketball, cycling, and water polo. The club won its first and only Chilean league title in 1945. In April 1961 a number of players were killed in a plane crash in the Chilean Andes. The remains of the plane were found ten days after the accident.
