The Croatia national football team ( hr, Hrvatska nogometna reprezentacija) represents Croatia in international football matches. It is governed by the Croatian Football Federation (HNS), the governing body for football in Croatia. It is a member of UEFA in Europe and FIFA in global competitions. The team's colors reference two national symbols: the Croatian checkerboard and the country's tricolour. They are colloquially referred to as the ('Blazers') and ('Checkered Ones'). Ante Vidošević (2 October 1925 – 23 August 1975) was a Croatian footballer who played as a defender and made one appearance for the Croatia national team. Career Vidošević earned his first and only cap for Croatia in the team's 1956 friendly match against Indonesia. Antun Pogačnik
Antun "Toni" Pogačnik (6 January 1913 – 21 May 1978) was a Croatian footballer who played for both Yugoslavia and Croatia. He is notable for being a manager of Indonesia between 1954 and 1963 and is considered one of the best in the history of the Indonesian national football team. Playing career Club Pogačnik started his football career in SAŠK Sarajevo in 1931. In 1934 he was transferred to Građanski Zagreb and then in 1938 to Concordia Zagreb where he ended his club career. International Pogačnik played two matches for Yugoslavia, one against Turkey (3–1) and the other against Romania (2–1). Both matches were played in Belgrade. Bogdan Cuvaj (21 October 1905 – 23 July 1983) was a Croatian football manager in both club and international competition. Career He became the manager of Concordia Zagreb's youth side in 1926. After receiving managerial training in Vienna, Cuvaj became Concordia's manager in 1931, a position he held until the club was banned in 1945.
