1950 Norwegian Football Cup
The 1950 Norwegian Football Cup was the 45th season of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. The tournament was open for all members of NFF, except those from Northern Norway. The final was played at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on 22 October 1950, and was contested by five-time former winners Fredrikstad and the two-time former winners Brann. Fredrikstad won the final 3–0, and secured their sixth title. Sarpsborg were the defending champions, but were eliminated by Fredrikstad in the semi-final. Football Association Of Norway
The Norwegian Football Federation ( nb, Norges Fotballforbund, nn, Noregs Fotballforbund; NFF) is the governing body of football in Norway. It was formed in 1902 and organises the men's and women's national teams, as well as the league systems for men and women (whose top levels are respectively the Eliteserien and Toppserien). The current president of NFF is Lise Klaveness. By 1 January 2004, there were 1,814 clubs organized in Norway and 373,532 registered players. It is the largest sports federation in Norway. The NFF joined FIFA in 1908, and UEFA in 1954. The NFF was part of an unsuccessful joint bid with the SvFF, the DBU and the SPL to host the UEFA Euro 2008 championship. The SvFF invited the NFF to join them in bidding for the UEFA Euro 2016 championship. Kristiansund FK
Kristiansund Fotballklubb is a Norwegian association football club from Kristiansund, Møre og Romsdal. The men's football team currently plays in the Fourth Division, the fifth tier of the Norwegian football league system. The team last played in the 1. divisjon (second tier) in 1991 and in the 2. divisjon (third tier) in 1998. In 2000, they won their 3. divisjon group but lost the two-legged play-off and failed to win promotion. In the autumn of 2003 it formed a partnership with rivals Clausenengen FK to field the team Kristiansund BK. Kristiansund BK is currently a Norwegian Eliteserien club. Sportsklubben Nessegutten is a multi-sports club from Levanger, Norway. It has divisions for football, athletics, handball, orienteering, skiing, speed skating, tennis and artistic gymnastics. It was founded on 20 April 1929. The football club reached the quarter-finals of the 1959 Norwegian Football Cup. Sportsklubben Falken is a Norwegian speed skating club from Trondheim. The club was founded in 1925. It formerly had sections for association football, track and field, orienteering, Nordic skiing, ice hockey and dancing. The club was a member of the Workers' Sports Federation before the war. IF Urædd
IF Urædd is a Norwegian sports club from Porsgrunn, founded in 1880. Since 8 December 1993 it has been an alliance sports team, with independent sections for football, handball, sport wrestling, skiing, gymnastics, basketball, athletics and speed skating. Its football section Urædd FK, athletics section Urædd Friidrett and handball section Urædd Håndball are the best known nationwide. Urædd Friidrett Urædd Friidrett is the athletics department of the alliance club IF Urædd from Porsgrunn, which was founded in 1880. The athletics section within IF Urædd was established in 1917. Drammens Ballklubb is a Norwegian multi-sports club from Øren in Drammen. Founded 14 August 1909 as a merger of clubs ''Idun'' and ''Spring'', the club was initially a football club only. It has currently sections for association football, cross-country skiing, bandy and Esports. The club had athletes in ski jumping, but that department is folded. Sandefjord Ballklubb is a Norwegian football club from Sandefjord, currently playing in Norwegian Fourth Division, the fifth tier in the Norwegian football league system. Ski- og Ballklubben Drafn is a Norwegian multi-sports club from Drammen, founded in 1910. The club, which takes its name from the Norse name of Drammen, was founded as a merger of the clubs Ulf (founded 1905) and Njord (founded 1906). FK Mandalskameratene is a Norwegian football club, from the town of Mandal in Vest-Agder, currently playing in the 3. divisjon. The club was founded on 1 July 1912, under the name of 'Alladin'. In 1918 the club changed its name to 'Mandalskameratene'. History Results have varied over the years. Making it to the 3rd round of the cup in 1964 was until recently the club's greatest achievement.
