John Witherspoon (actor)
John Weatherspoon (January 27, 1942 – October 29, 2019), better known as John Witherspoon, was an American actor and comedian who performed in various television shows and films. Witherspoon is best remembered for his role as Willie Jones in the ''Friday'' series; he also starred in films such as ''Hollywood Shuffle'' (1987), ''Boomerang'' (1992), ''The Five Heartbeats'' (1991), and ''Vampire in Brooklyn'' (1995). Klaus Dieter Laser (17 February 1942 – 29 February 2020) was a German actor. Laser's career spanned over five decades, appearing in both German and English-language productions. Patricia Maynard (born 16 February 1942) is a British actress who is known primarily for her work on television and in theatre. Biography Patricia Maynard was born in Beighton, Sheffield, Beighton, Sheffield, and raised in Tooting Bec, South London and went to school in Battersea, just down the road from the Old Vic where she learned her love of Shakespeare. ''The Monkees'' is an American television sitcom that first aired on NBC for two seasons, from September 12, 1966, to March 25, 1968. The series follows the adventures of four young men (The Monkees) trying to make a name for themselves as a rock 'n roll band. Peter Halsten Thorkelson (February 13, 1942 – February 21, 2019), better known by his stage name Peter Tork, was an American musician and actor. He was best known as the keyboardist and bass guitarist of the Monkees and a co-star of the TV series ''The Monkees'' (1966–1968). Tork grew up in Connecticut and in the mid-1960s as part of the Greenwich Village folk scene in New York City, he befriended musician Stephen Stills.
