Luis Rodríguez Zúñiga
Luis Rodríguez Zúñiga (Barcelona, 1942 — May 1991, Madrid) was a Spanish sociologist, who from 1988 until his death was president of the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas. Career Obtaining his bachelor's degree at ICADE, Rodríguez graduated from the 1970 class of the Complutense University of Madrid with his Doctor of Law, his thesis being on the French academic Raymond Aron. From 1969 to 1971, he studied sociology at the University of Pau and the Adour Region, collaborating with Spanish exiles like Manuel Tuñón de Lara. As such, Rodríguez was anti-Francoist, advocating for democracy during the early 1970s. Consequently, in addition to his studies on Alexis de Tocqueville, he was described by Carlos Moya as a "Tocquevillian socialist sociologist". From 1972, he taught social philosophy at the Faculty of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid. Agustín Olguera (1906–1942) was a Spanish painter. He studied painting at the School of Painting and Sculpture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid, sharing a classroom with Salvador Dalí. Romà Forns
Romà Forns Saldaña (died 26 April 1942) was a Spanish footballer and manager. He made his debut as a footballer in late 1902 playing one season for Irish FC but spent the rest of his career with FC Barcelona and the Catalan XI, always as a forward. He later served on the Barcelona board of directors and then coached the club between 1927 and 1929, guiding it to the first ever La Liga championship. He was the first manager from either Spain or Catalonia to take charge of the club. During his playing career, Forns helped Barcelona win the Championat de Catalunya on five occasions and the Copa del Rey once. Among his teammates at the club were Ernest Witty, Francisco Bru, Paulino Alcántara and Jack Greenwell. Between 1910 and 1912 Forns also played at least four times for the Catalan XI; however, records from the era do not always include accurate statistics and he may have played more games.
