Jacquette Löwenhielm
Gustava Charlotta ''Jacquette'' Aurora Gyldenstolpe (4 July 1797 – 7 January 1839, Constantinople) was a Swedish noble and lady-in-waiting. She is known as the mistress of Oscar I of Sweden in circa 1819-1827. Biography Jaquette was the daughter of Major General Nils Wexionius, Count Gyldenstolpe (1768-1844), and the salonist Charlotta Aurora De Geer. Jaquette Gyldenstolpe served as maid of honor to the queen, Hedwig Elizabeth Charlotte of Holstein-Gottorp prior to her marriage. On 18 September 1817, she married Lieutenant General Count Carl Gustaf Löwenhielm and moved with him to his estate in Värmland. The marriage was childless. Jaquette did not like the role of mistress at a country estate, and missed life at court. They moved back to the city when her spouse was appointed chamberlain to the Crown Prince in 1818. Johan Olof Wallin
Johan Olof Wallin, (15 October 1779 – 30 June 1839), was a Swedish minister, orator, poet and later Church of Sweden Archbishop of Uppsala, Sweden between 1837–1839. He is most remembered today for his hymns. Early life He was born in Stora Tuna in Dalarna (now part of Borlänge Municipality, Dalarna County) as the oldest son in a large family, and went to school in Falun. His parents did not have much money, but because he was a bright student he managed to enroll at the University of Uppsala in 1799. Four years later he obtained his Master of Arts, and after another three years he was ordained minister. While he was studying, his first poem was published in ''Upsala tidningar'' (1802). The following years he wrote and translated several other poetic works, and received several awards from the Swedish Academy for his work. Hulda Mellgren
Hulda Mellgren (1839–1918) was a Swedish industrialist. She was the daughter of a Major Hansson. She married in 1858 to the tobacco industrialist Johan August Mellgren (1829–1877), with whom she had twelve children. She took over the ''Mellgrens Snus och Tobaksfabrik'' ('Mellgren Snus and Tobacco Factory') when she was widowed in 1877. She managed the firm assisted by her two brothers-in-law until she retired in favor of her sons Erik Olof Mellgren and Anders Valdemar Mellgren in 1900. During her tenure, the factory was one of the leading snus factories in Sweden. Charlotte Yhlen
Charlotte Yhlen (later Olsen, 1839–1920), was the first female Sweden, Swedish physician. Charlotte Yhlen was the daughter of a shoemaker in Helsingborg. Her only education in Sweden was primary education. In Sweden, it was not yet permitted for females to study at universities when she emigrated to the United States in 1868. In America, however, she studied medicine at the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania, where she graduated as a physician in 1873. She thereby became the first Swedish woman to graduate as a physician from a university, though Karolina Widerström was the first woman to do so in Sweden. She returned to Sweden, where she applied to practice medicine, but her foreign degree was not accepted there. However, the universities was opened to women in Sweden in 1870, and she was accepted as a student at the Uppsala University, but she never started to study there.
