The 1998–99 season was Olympiacos F.C., Olympiacos's 40th consecutive season in the Super League Greece, Alpha Ethniki and their List of Olympiacos F.C. seasons, 74th year in existence. The club were played 2nd consecutive season in the UEFA Champions League. In the beginning of the summertime Olympiacos named Bosnian Dusan Bajevic coach. Georgios Amanatidis
Georgios Amanatidis ( el, Γεώργιος Αμανατίδης; born 4 April 1970) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a defender. Playing career Amanatidis was captain of the Greek side Olympiacos F.C., and a member of the team which reached 7 Greek Championships successively (1997–2003). After 13 years in Olympiacos FC, he joined the roster of his former coach Takis Lemonis at Cypriot club APOEL in which he won the championship also. He also played for Apollon Kalamarias F.C., Kerkyra F.C., Ethnikos Asteras F.C. and Panachaiki FC. Amanatidis earned 18 caps for the Greece national team. Grigorios Georgatos
Grigoris Georgatos ( el, Γρηγόρης Γεωργάτος; born 31 October 1972) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a left-back. His nickname was ''"the Crazy bald"'' ''( el, "ο Τρελός φαλακρός")'' due to his attitude on the pitch and his shaved hairstyle. Savvas Poursaitidis ( el, Σάββας Πουρσαϊτίδης, born 23 June 1976) is a former professional footballer who most recently was the manager of Cypriot First Division club APOEL. Poursaitidis played football, mainly as a right back, in his native Greece from 1994 to 2002 before moving to Cyprus where his playing career continued for a further ten years. Predrag Đorđević ( sr-cyr, Предраг Ђорђевић; also transliterated Predrag Djordjević; born 4 August 1972) is a Serbian former professional footballer.
