1998–99 FR Yugoslavia Cup
The 1998–99 FR Yugoslavia Cup was the seventh season of the FR Yugoslavia's annual football cup. The cup defenders was FK Partizan, but was defeated by Red Star Belgrade in the final. First round Thirty-two teams entered in the First Round. Note: Roman numerals in brackets denote the league tier the clubs participated in the 1998–99 season. Second round The 16 winners from the prior round enter this round. The first legs were played on 1 and 2 September and the second legs were played on 22, 23 September and 6 October 1998. Serbia And Montenegro Cup
The Serbia and Montenegro Cup was an association football knockout cup tournament of Serbia and Montenegro played between 1992 and 2006, after which Serbia and Montenegro became separate nations. The competition was the continuation of the old Marshal Tito Cup of the SFR Yugoslavia, and it was named FR Yugoslavia Cup between 1992 and 2003, when the official name of the country was Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It was renamed to Serbia and Montenegro Cup in 2003 when the country changed its official name. The cup was organized by the Football Association of Serbia and Montenegro. This tournament was played for a total of 15 seasons, the tournament was dominated by Serbian clubs with no Montenegrin sides ever reaching the final. FK Trayal Kruševac
Fudbalski klub Trayal (Serbian Cyrillic: Фудбалски клуб Трајал) is a professional football club from Kruševac, Serbia. They currently compete in the Serbian First League, the second tier of the national league system. History The football club was formed in 1933 as a part of the "Obilićevo" sports association. It was named after the local gunpowder company "Obilićevo". They played the first match in November 1933 and beat Trgovački, also from Kruševac, with 6–0. After World War II the gunpowder company changed name to "Miloje Zakić" and by mid-70s developed into what is today a tire manufacturer Trayal Corporation. FK Mladost Podgorica
OFK Titograd (Montenegrin Cyrillic: ОФК Титоград) is a professional football club based in Podgorica, Montenegro. Founded in 1951, they play in the Third League of Montenegro. The team has one league trophy and two Montenegrin Cup trophies. OFK Titograd is a member of the European Club Association. History OFK Titograd was formed in 1951 as FK Mladost. FK Železnik () is a football club based in Železnik, Belgrade, Serbia. They competed in the First League of Serbia and Montenegro from 1996 to 2005. The club made its solo European appearance in the 2004–05 UEFA Cup and went on to win the Serbia and Montenegro Cup in the same season. Penalty Shootout (association Football)
A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead. If scores are level after five pairs of shots, the shootout progresses into additional " sudden-death" rounds. Balls successfully kicked into the goal during a shoot-out do not count as goals for the individual kickers or the team, and are tallied separately from the goals scored during normal play (including extra time, if any). FK Dinamo Pančevo () was a defunct football club based in Pančevo, Vojvodina, Serbia. The club, founded in 1945, should not be confused with Dinamo 1945, founded in 2014. History Founded in 1945, the club made its competitive debut in the 1946–47 Serbian League, placing second in Group North behind Sloga Novi Sad. FK Rudar Pljevlja, commonly known as Rudar Pljevlja or simply Rudar, is a football club based in Pljevlja, Montenegro. It currently plays in the Montenegrin First League, the country's highest tier. FK Mladost Lučani () is a professional football club based in Lučani, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian SuperLiga, the top tier of the national league system. History Founded in 1952, the club achieved its first notable success by winning the Yugoslav Inter-Republic League (Group East) in 1989, thus earning promotion to the Yugoslav Second League.
