The Philadelphia Eagles season was the franchise's 66th season in the National Football League (NFL). The team failed to improve on their previous output of 6–9–1, winning only three games. Head coach Ray Rhodes was fired at end of season, finishing his four-year tenure with a record of 29–34–1. The Eagles’ 161 points-scored (10.06 per game) is tied for the third-lowest total in a 16-game schedule. The National Football Conference – Eastern Division or NFC East is one of the four Division (sport), divisions of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). Allen Rossum
Allen Bonshaca Lamont Rossum (born October 22, 1975) is a former American football cornerback and return specialist. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Notre Dame. Rossum also played for the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 2004. Rossum was one of the most consistent returners in the league during his 12-year career. That consistency put him in the top five of all-time return leaders. William Scott Musgrave (born November 11, 1967) is an American football coach and former player who is the senior offensive assistant for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL).
