Burnley F
Burnley () is a town and the administrative centre of the wider Borough of Burnley in Lancashire, England, with a 2001 population of 73,021. It is north of Manchester and east of Preston, at the confluence of the River Calder and River Brun. The town is located near the countryside to the south and east, with the towns of Padiham and Brierfield to the west and north respectively. It has a reputation as a regional centre of excellence for the manufacturing and aerospace industries. The town began to develop in the early medieval period as a number of farming hamlets surrounded by manor houses and royal forests, and has held a market for more than 700 years. Steve Blatherwick
Steven Scott Blatherwick (born 20 September 1973) is an English football coach and former footballer He played as a defender from 1991 to 2006. He spent much of his career playing for Chesterfield; however, he had previously played in the Premier League with Nottingham Forest. He also played in the Football League with Notts County, Wycombe Wanderers, Hereford United, Reading and Burnley. He retired from the game at the age of 32, on medical advice after suffering a back injury. He later became a coach at non-league club Gainsborough Trinity and briefly managed the club in a caretaker capacity before leaving the game to set up his own sports management company. Lee Howey
Lee Howey (born 1 April 1969) is an English former footballer who played primarily as a defender. Howey began his career at Bishop Auckland, before moving to Sunderland where he spent the majority of his career. He later player for Burnley, Northampton Town, Forest Green Rovers and Nuneaton Borough. Lee now works for payments company Trust Payments as Head of strategic sales. Nigel Gleghorn
Nigel William Gleghorn (born 12 August 1962) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward or central midfielder. Career Gleghorn worked as a firefighter, playing part-time for his local club Seaham Red Star in the Northern League Division Two, until successful trials at Ipswich Town led to the offer of a professional contract. Reluctant to give up a steady job in the fire service to risk failing as a footballer, his wife convinced him to take the chance. Mark Stuart Ford (born 10 October 1975) is an English former professional footballer who played in the Football League for Leeds United, Burnley, Torquay United and Darlington and in the Belgian First Division for Lommel. He was capped twice for the England under-21s. Career Ford was born in Pontefract and attended Tadcaster Grammar School. David Eyres
David Eyres (born 26 February 1964) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career A relative latecomer to the professional game, Liverpool-born Eyres began his career at then Northern Premier League side Morecambe going on to represent both Southport and Rhyl at the same level before signing professional terms with Blackpool in 1989 who paid a fee of £10,000 to the Belle Vue-based North Wales club for his services. He subsequently made his debut for Blackpool on 22 August 1989, in a 2–2 draw at Burnley in the League Cup first round, first leg. Phil Eastwood
Philip Eastwood (born 6 April 1978 in Blackburn) is an English former professional footballer who played in the Football League as a striker for Burnley. Career Eastwood was born in Whalley and attended Pleckgate High School in Blackburn. As a schoolboy, he was with Blackburn Rovers before joining Burnley as a YTS trainee when he left school. While at Burnley he won a Pontins League Second Division winners' medal with the reserve team, had loan spells at non-league sides Leek Town, Telford United and Kettering Town, and made 16 first-team appearances, scoring once.
