1997 Clásico RCN
The 37th edition of the annual Clásico RCN was held from March 15 to March 24, 1997, in Colombia. The stage race had an UCI rate of 2.4. RCN stands for "Radio Cadena Nacional". There were a total number of 90 competitors from 12 teams, with 71 riders actually finishing the stage race. Puerto Salgar () is a municipality and town of Colombia in the northwestern part of the Departments of Colombia, department of Cundinamarca Department, Cundinamarca. Rionegro () is a city and Municipalities of Colombia, municipality in Antioquia Department, Colombia, located in the subregion of Eastern Antioquia. The official name of the city is "Ciudad Santiago de Arma de Rionegro". Guatapé
Guatapé is a town and municipality in the Department of Antioquia, Colombia. It is a part of the subregion of Eastern Antioquia and is located from Medellín, the capital of the department. Olaf Pollack (born 20 September 1973) is a German former professional track and road racing cyclist specializing in sprint races and competitions.
