1995 Arizona Cardinals Season
The Arizona Cardinals season was the franchise's 97th season, 76th season in the National Football League (NFL), the eighth in Arizona and the second as the Arizona Cardinals. Former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Dave Krieg started in his only season with the team. The Cardinals failed to improve upon their 8–8 record from 1994 and finished 4–12, resulting in the firing of head coach Buddy Ryan and his entire staff. NFC East
The National Football Conference – Eastern Division or NFC East is one of the four Division (sport), divisions of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). It currently has four members: the Dallas Cowboys (based in Arlington, Texas), New York Giants (based in East Rutherford, New Jersey), Philadelphia Eagles (based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), and the Washington Commanders (based in Landover, Maryland). Stoney Jarrod Case (born July 7, 1972) is a former quarterback for three teams in the National Football League and three teams in the Arena Football League. High school and college Case played high school football for the Odessa Permian Panthers, quarterbacking the team to an undefeated, 16–0 season and the Texas 5A football title in 1989, one year after the events chronicled in the ''Friday Night Lights'' book and movie. The Panthers were voted ESPN's National Champion team as a result. During his Permian career, Case also lettered in baseball as an outfielder, first baseman and pitcher. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. The North Texas Mean Green football program is the intercollegiate team that represents the University of North Texas in the sport of American football. The Mean Green compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the American Athletic Conference.
