American Football

1995 Texas Tech Red Raiders Football Team
The 1995 Texas Tech Red Raiders football team represented Texas Tech University as a member of the Southwest Conference (SWC) during the 1995 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by ninth-year head coach Spike Dykes, the Red Raiders compiled an overall record of 9–3 with a mark of 5–2 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for second in the SWC. John Mackovic
John Mackovic (born October 1, 1943) is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach of the Italy national American football team, which was formed to compete in the EFAF European Championship. Marcus Coleman (born May 24, 1974) is a former American football defensive back in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Jets, Houston Texans and the Dallas Cowboys. The Southwest Conference (SWC) was an NCAA Division I college athletic conference in the United States that existed from 1914 to 1996. Composed primarily of schools from Texas, at various times the conference included schools from Oklahoma and Arkansas.
