The 1994 Tercera División play-offs to Segunda División B from Tercera División (Promotion play-offs) were the final playoffs for the promotion from 1993–94 Tercera División to 1994–95 Segunda División B. The first four teams of each group took part in the play-off. Club Deportivo Laredo is a Spanish football team based in Laredo, in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Founded in 1927, it plays in Segunda División RFEF – Group 1, holding home matches at ''Campo de Fútbol San Lorenzo'', which has a capacity of 2,500. Unión Deportiva Cultural Chantrea is a Spanish football team based in Pamplona, in the autonomous community of Navarre.
