1993–94 Idaho Vandals Men's Basketball Team
The 1993–94 Idaho Vandals men's basketball team represented the University of Idaho during the 1993–94 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Members of the Big Sky Conference, the Vandals were led by first-year head coach Joe Cravens and played their home games on campus at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, Idaho. The Vandals were overall in the regular season and in conference play, third in the league standings. At the conference tournament in Boise, the Vandals defeated sixth-seed Montana in the opening round, but lost to league runner-up Idaho State in the semifinals. Joe Cravens
Joseph Dale Cravens (born March 9, 1954) is a former American college basketball coach. He was the head coach at Weber State, and the interim head coach at Utah for most of a season. Born and raised in Scottsburg, Indiana, Cravens played college basketball at Brunswick Junior College in Georgia and transferred to Texas–Arlington for his final two seasons. He was an assistant coach for a year at his alma mater, then at Southwest Texas State in San Marcos for three years, and returned to Texas–Arlington. In 1985, he joined the staff of new head coach Andy Russo at Washington in Seattle for four years in the Pac-10, then went to Utah under new head coach Rick Majerus in 1989. The Idaho State Bengals men's basketball team represents Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Big Sky Conference. Taco Bell Arena
ExtraMile Arena (formerly BSU Pavilion and Taco Bell Arena) is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the western United States, on the campus of Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. It is located on the east end of campus, between West Campus Lane and César Chávez Circle, immediately northwest of Albertsons Stadium. Kibbie Dome
The William H. Kibbie-ASUI Activity Center (commonly known as the Kibbie Dome) is a multi-purpose indoor athletic stadium in the northwest United States, on the campus of the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. It is the home of the Idaho Vandals of the Big Sky Conference for four sports (football, tennis, indoor track and field, soccer). Basketball was played in the venue until the autumn 2021 opening of the adjacent Idaho Central Credit Union Arena (ICCU Arena). The Kibbie Dome opened as an outdoor concrete football stadium in October 1971, built on the same site of the demolished wooden Neale Stadium. Moscow ( ) is a city in North Central Idaho, United States. Located along the state border with Washington, it had a population of 25,435 at the 2020 census. The county seat and largest city of Latah County, Moscow is the home of the University of Idaho, the state's land-grant institution and primary research university.
