The 1993 season of the ''3. divisjon'', the fourth highest association football league for men in Norway. Between 22 and 24 games (depending on group size) were played in 19 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Association Football
Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of 11 players who primarily use their feet to propel the ball around a rectangular field called a pitch. The objective of the game is to score more goals than the opposition by moving the ball beyond the goal line into a rectangular framed goal defended by the opposing side. Traditionally, the game has been played over two 45 minute halves, for a total match time of 90 minutes. Greåker Idrettsforening is a Norwegian association football club from Greåker, Sarpsborg, Østfold. The club was founded on 6 April 1919. The club colours are grey and red. The club has formerly had sections for Nordic skiing, bandy, team handball and amateur wrestling. The men's football team plays in the 5. divisjon, the sixth tier of Norwegian football. LSK Kvinner Fotballklubb is a Norwegian women's football club from Lillestrøm. They currently play in Toppserien, the top division of Norwegian football. The club was founded as Setskog/Høland Fotballklubb on 10 October 1989. History The club was founded in 1989 as a merger between the women's football branches of Setskog IF and Høland IL. It was known as Setskog/Høland FK and played their home games on AHF-banen in Bjørkelangen, Aurskog-Høland. Before the 2001 season the club was relocated from Bjørkelangen to Strømmen and the name was changed to Team Strømmen. Team Strømmen finished the 2008 season in 2nd position in Toppserien, the top division of Norwegian football. Raufoss IL
Raufoss IL is a sports club from Raufoss, Norway. The club was formed in 1918. The football section played in the Norwegian top flight between 1937–1948, between 1957–1960, in 1964 and between 1973–1974. The club currently plays in 1. divisjon, the second tier of the Norwegian football league system. Since 2015, they have played their home games at Nammo Stadion. In 2007 Raufoss returned to the 1. divisjon and were able to finish in eleventh place, after being relegated from the second tier in 2004. However, due to financial problems and failure to meet demands on infrastructure, the Football Association of Norway decided not to award Raufoss the required license for play in the top two divisions. KFUM-Kameratene Oslo is the sports branch of the local YMCA in Oslo, Norway. It has sections for association football, futsal, volleyball and track and field. The football team currently plays in 1. divisjon, the second tier of the Norwegian football league system. The club was founded on 1 January 1939. Its traditional base is in downtown Oslo, but it now plays its matches at KFUM Arena at Ekebergsletta. Hafslund is a borough located east of the city centre in the city of Sarpsborg, Norway, Before 1992, Hafslund was a part of Skjeberg municipality. Kløfta IL
Kløfta is a town located in Ullensaker, Akershus, Norway. It has a population of approximately 7,170 inhabitants. Kløfta has a soccer team called Kløfta IL, and a shopping market. Kløfta has three schools – a middle school and two first through seventh grade school. Literally translated, the name means 'the cleft' in English.
