He was named the Ballon d'Or and IFFHS World's Top Goal Scorer of the Year in 1991. Paul Joseph Marie Le Guen (, ; born 1 March 1964) is a French professional football manager and former player. He was most recently the manager of Ligue 2 club Le Havre.
