Park Bom
Park Bom (born March 24, 1984), previously known mononymously as Bom, is a South Korean singer. She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group 2NE1. Park began her musical career in 2006, featuring on singles released by labelmates Big Bang, Lexy, and Masta Wu. In 2009, she made her debut as a member of 2NE1 as the main vocalist. The group went on to become one of South Korea's most popular and best-selling girl groups of all time. Park has released two solo singles, "You and I" and "Don't Cry", which reached number one on the Gaon Digital Chart, the national music chart of South Korea. Sandara Park ( English pronunciation: ; born November 12, 1984), also known by her stage name Dara (Korean: 다라 English pronunciation: ), is a South Korean singer, actress and television presenter. Yun Hyon-seok
Yun Hyon-seok (; August 7, 1984 – April 26, 2003) was a South Korean LGBT poet, writer, and activist. He wrote under the pen names Yook Woo Dang (육우당, , ''home of six friends'') and Seolheon (), and was also known by his nickname Midong (, beautiful boy) or Donghwa (, Boy flower). Yun spent most of his life being excluded, bullied, and discriminated against for being gay. He used writing as an escape, something he carried with him after he dropped out of high school and moved to Seoul's Dongdaemun District. He became an active member and staff member of Solidarity for LGBT Human Rights of Korea. Yun participated in the LGBT rights movement, as well as movements in support of disability rights and sex worker rights and in opposition of mandatory conscription. A devout Catholic, Yun struggled immensely with the Church's rejection of homosexuality and spent much of his time arguing against misconceptions and cruelty. Yun died by suicide on August 26, 2003. Choi Hyeon-ju (최현주, ; born 6 August 1984, in Jeonbuk) is a South Korean archer. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics where she won gold medal in the women's team event. Career ;2012 Summer Olympics Choi made her Olympic debut at the 2012 London Games as part of the South Korean women's archery team alongside Ki Bo-bae and Lee Sung-jin. The trio collectively finished top of the team standings in the 72-arrow ranking round, which determined the seedings for the subsequent elimination rounds, with Ki and Lee heading the results for the individual event.
