Kathy Jordan
Kathryn "Kathy" Jordan (born December 3, 1959) is a former American tennis player. During her career, she won seven Grand Slam titles, five of them in women's doubles and two in mixed doubles. She also was the 1983 Australian Open women's singles runner-up and won three singles titles and 42 doubles titles. College She received an athletic scholarship to Stanford University in 1978. Rodney Harmon (born August 16, 1961) is a former professional tennis player the ATP. Perhaps Rodney's greatest result came at the 1982 U.S. Open, during his Grand Slam debut, when he got through to the quarterfinals overcoming Rolf Gehring, Henrik SundstrΓΆm, Scott Davis and Eliot Teltscher, seeded 8th, in an epic fifth set tiebreak. Charles Darlington "Buzz" Strode Jr. (born September 5, 1957) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. Career Strode was most successful at doubles, often playing beside his brother Morris "Skip" Strode. It was with his brother that he made the men's doubles quarter-finals at the US Open and Australian Open in 1982. His other Grand Slam quarter-final appearance in the men's doubles, at the 1985 Wimbledon Championships, was with South African Eddie Edwards. Pamela Howard Shriver (born July 4, 1962) is an American former professional tennis player and current tennis broadcaster and pundit. During the 1980s and 1990s, Shriver won 133 titles, including 21 singles titles, 111 women's doubles titles, and one mixed doubles title. This includes 22 major titles, 21 in women's doubles and one in mixed doubles. Shriver also won an Olympic gold medal in women's doubles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, partnering Zina Garrison. Biography Siegler, who grew up in California, made the boys' juniors final at the 1979 Wimbledon Championships, which he lost to India's Ramesh Krishnan. Christine O'Neil (born 19 March 1956) is an Australian former professional tennis player. O'Neil is best known for her singles victory at the 1978 Australian Open, and was the last Australian to win the title until Ashleigh Barty in 2022. She also became the first unseeded woman to win the title in the Open era. O'Neil is also one of the few players who have won both the Australian Open junior (1973) and senior (1978) titles.
