1977 Nagaland Legislative Assembly Election
Elections to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly were held in November 1977 to elect members of the 60 constituencies in Nagaland, India. United Democratic Front won the majority of seats and Vizol Angami was appointed as the Chief Minister of Nagaland for his second term. The number of constituencies was set as 60 by the recommendation of the Delimitation Commission of India. These were the first elections held in Nagaland after the Shillong Accord of 1975. Nagaland Legislative Assembly
Nagaland Legislative Assembly is the unicameral legislature of the Indian state of Nagaland. Nagaland became a state of India on 1 December 1963 and after election in January 1964, the first Nagaland Legislative Assembly was formed on 11 February 1964. In 1974, the strength of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly was increased to the present strength of 60 members.Nagaland
legislativebodiesinindia.nic.in. There is no nominated member in the House, all the members are elected on the basis of adult franchise from single-seat constituencies. The normal tenure of the House is five years unless dissolved sooner. The seat of the Legislative Assembly is , the capital of Nagaland.

Pfütsero (Vidhan Sabha Constituency)
Pfütsero is a town located in the Phek District of the Indian state of Nagaland. It is the highest-altitude town and the coldest inhabited place in Nagaland with temperatures occasionally dropping below 0 °C during winter nights. It is headed by an ADC and is inhabited mostly by Khezhas and Chokris. It is a commercially important town as it is located in the middle of Phek District. Demographics , Pfütsero had a population of 10,371. Religion The inhabitants of Pfütsero are predominantly Baptist, however there are also Roman Catholic, Pentecost, and Revivalist. John Bosco Jasokie
John Bosco Jasokie also J. B. Jasokie (1927 – 19 October 2005) was an Indian politician from the state of Nagaland. He became the Chief Minister of Nagaland on two occasions as part of the Naga National Democratic Party. He was also a composer and an accomplished singer of his time and is best known for composing the Angami folk song ''Ara Kezivi''. Biography John Bosco Jasokie was born in 1927 to an Angami Naga family from Khonoma. He was the son of Dr. Khosa Zinyü (the first Naga Surgeon and member of the Naga Labour Corp). He served as a guide for Allied Forces during the World War II.
