Reynolds Coliseum
William Neal Reynolds Coliseum is a multi-purpose arena located in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, on the campus of North Carolina State University. The arena was built to host a variety of events, including agricultural expositions and NC State basketball games. It is now home to all services of ROTC and several Wolfpack teams, including women's basketball, women's volleyball, women's gymnastics, and men's wrestling. The university named the court in Reynolds " Kay Yow Court" on February 16, 2007 with the assistance of a substantial donation from the Wolfpack Club. Everett Case
Everett Norris Case (June 21, 1900 – April 30, 1966), nicknamed the "Old Gray Fox", was a basketball coach most notable for his tenure at North Carolina State University, from 1946 to 1964. Early life and career Born in Anderson, Indiana, Case graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1923. He compiled a 726–75 record while coaching 23 years in high school basketball, including winning 4 Indiana state championships while coaching in Frankfort, Indiana (1925, 1929, 1936, 1939). Frankfort's Case Arena is named after him. Case is one of only five coaches to win at least 4 state titles in Indiana basketball (the others being Marion Crawley, Glenn M. Ronnie Shavlik
Ronald Dean Shavlik (December 4, 1933 – June 27, 1983) was an American professional basketball player. He was an All-American center for the NC State Wolfpack in the 1950s. He later played briefly for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Shavlik established a janitorial service, Carolina Maintenance Co., as a college student in 1956. After his playing career, he focused on growing the business. Shavlik died of cancer at the age of 49. His grandson, Shavlik Randolph, played college basketball for Duke University and has played professionally in the NBA. On November 4, 2018, Shavlik was inducted into the Raleigh Hall of Fame.
