1952–53 Mexican Segunda División Season
The 1952-53 Segunda División de México season was the third tournament in this competition. Initially it counted with the participation of 13 teams, however, after Match 20 Cuautla was disqualified due to undue alignment and other irregularities. Toluca was the winner. Liga Premier De México
The Liga Premier is the third tier of Association football, football in Mexico within the Mexican football league system that governs Serie A de México, Serie A and Serie B de México, Serie B leagues/group competitions. They compete from the fall to spring each season, promotion and relegation between each group, and promotion to Liga de Expansión MX and relegation to Liga TDP within the league system. Morelia
Morelia (; from 1545 to 1828 known as Valladolid) is a city and municipal seat of the municipality of Morelia in the north-central part of the state of Michoacán in central Mexico. The city is in the Guayangareo Valley and is the capital and largest city of the state. The main pre-Hispanic cultures here were the Purépecha and the Matlatzinca, but no major cities were founded in the valley during this time. The Spanish took control of the area in the 1520s. Estadio Tecnológico
The Estadio Tecnológico was a multi-purpose stadium located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, located on the campus of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). It hosted association football, football and American football games during its 67-year existence, from 1950 to 2017. Starting 2017, the stadium was demolished. Orizaba
Orizaba () is a city and municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It is located 20 km west of its sister city Córdoba, and is adjacent to Río Blanco and Ixtaczoquitlán, on Federal Highways 180 and 190. The city had a 2005 census population of 117,273 and is almost coextensive with its small municipality, with only a few small areas outside the city. Parque El Mirador
Parque El Mirador was a football stadium in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico (110 kilometres east of Mexico City). The stadium seated 15,000 and was the home of Puebla F.C., one of the oldest and most important football teams in Mexico. “El Mirador” was constructed under the ownership of Roberto Cortazar in 1944 and was inaugurated in a friendly match against Atlante. In 1957, Puebla folded due to economic problems, asking to withdraw from the league for what turned out to be eight years.
