Joseph Hemphill (January 7, 1770May 29, 1842) was an American politician who served as a Federalist Party, Federalist member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district from 1801 to 1803, as a Jackson Federalist representative for Pennsylvania's 1st congressional district from 1819 to 1823 and as a Jacksonian democracy, Jacksonian representative for Pennsylvania's 2nd congressional district from 1829 to 1831. He also served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1797 to 1800, in 1805 and from 1831 to 1832. Thomas Kittera
Thomas Kittera (March 21, 1789 – June 16, 1839) was a member of the United States House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Biography Thomas Kittera was the son of John Wilkes Kittera. He was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia in 1805. He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1808 and commenced practice in Philadelphia. He served as deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania in 1817 and 1818 and deputy attorney general of Philadelphia from 1824 to 1826. He was a member of the select council and its president from 1824 to 1825. Henry Horn
Henry Horn (1786January 12, 1862) was a Jacksonian member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Biography Henry Horn was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He studied law, was admitted to the bar and practiced law in Philadelphia. Horn was elected as a Jacksonian to the Twenty-second Congress. He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the Twenty-third Congress in 1832. He resumed the practice of law in Philadelphia, and served as collector of customs at Philadelphia from May 12, 1845, until August 4, 1846. He died in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, in 1862.
