Josephine Of Leuchtenberg
Joséphine of Leuchtenberg (Joséphine Maximilienne Eugénie Napoléone de Beauharnais; 14 March 1807 – 7 June 1876) was Queen of Sweden and Norway from 8 March 1844 to 8 July 1859 as the wife of King Oscar I. She was also Princess of Bologna from birth and Duchess of Galliera from 1813. She was regarded as politically active during the reign of her spouse and acted as his political adviser, actively participating in government affairs. She is acknowledged as having introduced more liberal laws regarding religion. Early life Joséphine was born on 14 March 1807 in Milan, Italy. She was the first of six children of Eugène de Beauharnais, Duke of Leuchtenberg (1781–1824), and his wife, Princess Augusta of Bavaria (1788–1851). Jochum Brinch Lund
Jochum Brinch Lund (25 November 1743, in Farsund – 16 September 1807, in Farsund) was a Norwegian merchant, shipowner and industrial pioneer. He is also regarded as the founder of the town of Farsund. Not much is known about Jochum Brinch Lund's early years, just that he was overseas for a short period, working with his father's business relations in United Kingdom and France, and that he sailed as skipper a couple summer seasons. In 1765 he returned to Farsund. 4 October 1773 his son Gabriel Lund was born. In 1783 he bought up his father's trading house. Lund was also one of the main benefactors behind the construction of Frelseren Church, consecrated 5 May 1785. He started many businesses and enterprises, and because of that Farsund got town status on 28 January 1795. Hans Wille
Hans Jacobsen Wille (17 December 1807 – 7 July 1877) was a Norwegian priest and politician. He was born in 1807 as the oldest child of vicar and politician Jacob Andreas Wille and his wife Marine Sofia Petrea Bloch. He graduated as cand.theol., and worked as a teacher in Trondhjem from 1832. In 1837 he was appointed chaplain at Voss; and then vicar in Flesberg from 1844 and in Sandsvær from 1851.Biography

Peter Tidemand Malling (20 November 1807 – 19 April 1878) was a Norwegian bookseller, printer and publisher. Malling was a pioneer in the publishing industry around the middle of the 19th century. Background Peter Tidemand Malling was born in Strømsø (now part of Drammen) in Buskerud County, Norway. His parents were Michael Malling (1776–1834) and Maren Elisabeth Klein (1777–1856). After schooling at Strømsø, Malling went to Drammen Latin School. Malling apprenticed with Carl F. Rode, the first book printer in Drammen. In 1827, he traveled to Amsterdam, where his mother had family, and was employed by a larger printer. In 1829 he was employed as a factor for the printing-lithographic institution of Hans T. Winther in Christiania (now Oslo). From 1835-38, he was a factor at the publishing company of Guldberg & Dzwonkowski and led the printing of the illustrated ''Skilling-Magazin''. Halvor Olsen Folkestad
Halvor Olsen Folkestad (28 November 1807 – 30 September 1889) was a Bishop in the Church of Norway. He was appointed Norwegian Councillor of State ''in interim'' in 1875. Folkestad was born at Bø in Telemark, Norway. He was the son of Ole Halvorsen Folkestad (1778-1864) and Asberg Augundsdatter (1785-1866). He graduated in 1831 and then worked as a tutor in Gjerpen. After a year of studies in Christiania (now called Oslo), he received his theological degree in 1836. In 1841, he was appointed vicar of Mo, Telemark. From 1849 he served for the next 10 years as parish priest in Kviteseid and inspector at Kviteseid Seminary. In 1859, he became as vicar in Fredrikshald (now called Halden). In 1864 he was appointed bishop of the newly created Diocese of Hamar. In 1873, he was appointed by King Oscar II of Sweden to be royal court pastor (). Nils Fredrik Julius Aars
Nils Fredrik Julius Aars (9 March 1807 – 11 June 1865) was a Norwegian priest and politician. He was born in Enebakk as a son of priest and politician Jens Aars (1780–1834) and his wife. His grandfather had migrated to Norway from Aars, Denmark in 1757. Aars married Sophie Stabell, and the couple had several children, including writer Sophus Christian Munk Aars. Nils was also an uncle of banker and politician Jens Ludvig Andersen Aars and a first cousin of educator Jacob Jonathan Aars. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1848 and 1851, representing the constituency of Finmarkens Amt. He was a vicar there. Johan Sebastian Cammermeyer Welhaven (22 December 1807 – 21 October 1873) was a Norwegian author, poet, critic, and art theorist. He has been considered "one of the greatest figures in Norwegian literature." Background Johan Welhaven was born in Bergen, Norway in 1807.
