Bakelse-Jeanna
Bakelse-Jeanna (1702–1788), was a Swedish pastry-seller, the name signifying "Pastry-Jeanna". She was a well known and distinctive character in Stockholm at that time, and often used as a figure within Swedish plays, songs and literature during the 18th and 19th centuries. Reality and fiction Jeanna originated from Åland, and spent her life as a street seller ('' månglerska'') of cakes in Stockholm, where she became a familiar figure. She came to be included in fiction during her lifetime. She was a character in the comedy ''Donnerpamp'' by Carl Israel Hallman from 1782.Flodmark, Johan: ''Stenborgska skådebanorna. Olaus Rudbeck
Olaus Rudbeck (also known as Olof Rudbeck the Elder, to distinguish him from his son, and occasionally with the surname Latinized as ''Olaus Rudbeckius'') (13 September 1630 – 12 December 1702) was a Swedish scientist and writer, professor of medicine at Uppsala University, and for several periods ''rector magnificus'' of the same university. He was born in Västerås, the son of Bishop Johannes Rudbeckius, who was personal chaplain to King Gustavus Adolphus, and the father of botanist Olof Rudbeck the Younger. Rudbeck is primarily known for his contributions in two fields: human anatomy and linguistics, but he was also accomplished in many other fields including music and botany. He established the first botanical garden in Sweden at Uppsala, called Rudbeck's Garden, but which was renamed a hundred years later for his son's student, the botanist Carl Linnaeus. Bengt Gabrielsson Oxenstierna
Count Bengt Gabrielsson Oxenstierna (1623–1702) was a Swedish soldier and statesman, who served as Foreign Minister from 1680 to 1697. During this period, he ensured Sweden remained neutral and moved away from its traditional French alliance. Life Bengt Gabrielsson Oxenstierna was born in Stockholm, Sweden on 16 July 1623, eldest surviving son of Gabriel Bengtsson Oxenstierna (1586–1656), and Anna Gustafsdotter Banér (1585-1656). He had eleven brothers and sisters. He was married twice, to Eva Juliana Wachtmeister (1639-1666), then Magdalena Stenbock (1649-1727); the two marriages produced over 20 children in all. His marriage to Eva connected Oxenstierna to Hans and Axel Wachtmeister, senior Swedish nobles who were both anti-French. Christian Berner (1702–1773), was a Swedish stage actor, ballet dancer and ballet master. He was a member of the pioneer generation of stage performers at the first national stage '' Kungliga svenska skådeplatsen'' in ''Bollhuset''. He was a pioneer performer and the first native ballet master and likely the first professional native ballet dancer in Sweden known by name. Berner is listed as the ballet master of the ballet at the theatre from 1738 to 1754. As such, he was the first native ballet master in Sweden.
