SS ''Aguila'' was a British steam passenger liner. She was built in Dundee in 1917 and was sunk by enemy action in the North Atlantic in 1941. She belonged to Yeoward Line, which carried passengers and fruit between Liverpool, Lisbon, Madeira and the Canary Islands. ''Aguila'' is Spanish for eagle, and a popular name for ships. This was the second in Yeoward Brothers' fleet, the first having been built in 1909 and sunk by in 1915. Christopher Louis Aguila (born February 23, 1979) is a former Filipino American Major League Baseball outfielder. He played parts of three seasons in the majors with the Florida Marlins (–) and part of the season with the New York Mets. He plays all three outfield positions. The Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle ( es, Orden Mexicana del Águila Azteca) forms part of the Mexican Honours System and is the highest Mexican order awarded to foreigners in the country. It is located on U.S. Route 60, west of Wickenburg and northeast of Wenden. Major economic activities include cantaloupe farming and formerly included mining. It uses the same street numbering system as Phoenix. As of the 2020 census, the population of Aguila was 565, down from 798 in 2010.
