''Pokémon'' is a media franchise created by video game designer Satoshi Tajiri that centers on fictional creatures called Pokémon. , there have been 23 animated films and one live action film. The first nineteen animated films are based on the anime television series of the same name, with the original film being remade into the 22nd. ''Mickey Mouse'' (originally known as ''Mickey Mouse Sound Cartoons'') is a series of American animated comedy short films produced by Walt Disney Productions. The series started in 1928 with Steamboat Willie and ended in 1953 with '' The Simple Things''. Four additional shorts were released between 1983 and 2013. The series is notable for its innovation with sound synchronization and character animation, and also introduced well-known characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and Goofy. The name "Mickey Mouse" was first used in the films' title sequences to refer specifically to the character, but was used from 1935 to 1953 to refer to the series itself as in "Walt Disney presents a Mickey Mouse." ''Time Almanac with Information Please'' was an almanac published in the United States. The almanac was first published in 1947 as the ''Information Please Almanac'' by Dan Golenpaul. The name was changed with the 1999 edition when ''Time (magazine), Time'' magazine bought naming rights to the almanac. ''Information Please'' was created in 1947 from the host and panelists from the popular Information Please, radio show by the same name. The radio show which began in 1938 and consisted of a panel of information experts that answered questions sent in by the public. The fact experts answered questions over the air and when the panelists were not able to give a correct answer they used humor instead. Host Clifton Fadiman edited and helped publish the first edition in 1947. In 1997, the ''Information Please Almanac'' merged with ''Time''. Junichi Masuda
is a Japanese video game composer, director, designer, producer, singer, programmer and trombonist, best known for his work in the '' Pokémon'' franchise. He was a member of Game Freak where he was an employee and executive at the company since 1989 when he founded it alongside Satoshi Tajiri and Ken Sugimori. is a Japanese video game designer and director best known for being the creator of the ''Pokémon'' franchise and one of the founders, and president of video game developer Game Freak. A fan of arcade games, Tajiri wrote for and edited his own video gaming fanzine ''Game Freak'' with Ken Sugimori, before evolving it into a development company of the same name.
