Li Qiang (; born 23 July 1959) is a Chinese politician and a senior leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), serving as the second-ranking member of the 20th Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, CCP Politburo Standing Committee, behind General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, CCP general secretary Xi Jinping. From 2017 to 2022, he served as the Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary, party secretary of Shanghai and also a member of the 19th Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party, 19th CCP Politburo. Since 2022, he has also been a member of the 20th Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party, 20th CCP Politburo. Che Jun (; born July 1955) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2017 as the Communist Party Secretary of Zhejiang. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Governor of Zhejiang. Che began his career in Anhui province, and rose to prominence taking charge of Shijiazhuang in the aftermath of the Chinese milk scandal and being dispatched to Xinjiang following the July 2009 Ürümqi riots. Wenzhou (pronounced ; Wenzhounese: Yuziou y33–11 tɕiɤu33–32 ), historically known as Wenchow is a prefecture-level city in southeastern Zhejiang province in the People's Republic of China.
